Message	Mine was down for pretty much the past year, and I just got it up and running. If you really want to go last ditch, you could pull the timing belt covers off and count teeth. Mine was off 1 tooth at the crank. This allowed it idle pretty normally and even accelerate up till about 50% throttle, then it stumbled after that. However, that issue shouldn't depend on hot/cold.
